I have seen several posts on the internet that says Quantrill guerrilla, Allan Parmer and his wife, Susan James (sister of Frank & Jesse) lived in Washington County, Arkansas while Susan taught school in the Cane Hill / Prairie Grove area. These posts seem pretty "matter of fact", but I cannot find ANY source, including Washington County, Arkansas census, to back it up. Does anyone know where this came from and what the source is to back it up?!
