December 5, discharged December 6 for the Military Prison, Alton, Illinois, arrived at Camp Chase, Ohio prison March 17, 1863, subsequently transferred to Alton, Illinois, description: age 26, 5' 10", blue eyes, light hair, light complexion transferred to City Point, Va March 28, 1863, for exchange, no further records
