He is also recorded on a list of Confederate prisoners, wounded, and nurses, delivered at Iuka, Miss. to Surgeon J. B. Bond, CSA, captured at the battle of Corinth, Oct. 3 & 4, 1864

His name also appears on an undated list of Confederate soldiers, who died within the lines of the U. S. Army. Taken prisoner at Corinth, Miss. Place of death, Iuka, Miss.
