Sorry for not replying. I made the Bi Centennial, as I got sent home early with pneumonia. Friday (of the celebration) was my first day out of bed, so I made a short run to town, Saturday I tried to see some of it, but did make the monument re-dedication. If anyone made it, I was the one in line about to fall out. Just got home from a week of school last night, and have a 3 day next week, then back to work the following Monday. Already have a week long one scheduled for when I get BACK home, so I haven't had much time.
Again, sorry for not replying to anyone. Its time to go back overseas to try and get some time off, as I have only been at home (if you count in the schools) less than 5 weeks this year. Doesn't leave me much time for the family, much less the men who served. Have been gathering information to order several headstones, and about have all needed to get the Grierson's Raid marker for the Battle of Wall's Bridge.
