I saw that you were still looking for a publisher. Might I suggest the Savas Beatie publishing concern. They seem to excel at publishing original works and every book I have bought from them have been first rate. They did Timothy Smith's Champion Hill book, two of Terrence Winschel' books on the Vicksburg Campaign and I thought did a masterful job.
