1. Go to: "http://www.carlisle.army.mil/"
2. Scroll down from "Institutes" to "Army Heritage & Education Center"
3. Scroll down from "Research" to "Online Research Catalog"
4. Click on the upper right hand box "Resource Guides/Finding Aids"
5. Click on "Civil War Unit Bibliographies"
6. From here it's rather straight forward.

Note: When you arrive at your desired unit, to view the unit bibliography, you need to click on the yellow envelope in the upper right hand corner. This will download a document containing the info to your desktop.

This is a new feature which makes it more difficult than previous, when you could view the data directly.
