Re: Scruggs of Tate, Desoto County

George, thank you so much for your response. I was wondering if you could explain to me what these little Muster Roll mean(?). I have soldiers: Eavenson, George M. with several of these little muster roll slips, L.J. Parks also several slips, the Witt brothers out of Pontotoc County, George W., Charles, John, ....Several say they reported then another they signe in again in another place(?) Were they just alllowed to come and go as they pleased? George M. Eavenson was injured and taken prisoner twice and he is the only one of my ancestors that is listed in his regiment at various websites....I don't see L.J. Parks out of Tate county or the Witt brothers out of Pontotoc listed anywhere....I have proof that they servedhowever.....Do I need to submit these records to someone??
