I had not run across any mentions of a cemetery near their "Camp Bluett" at or near Bluett's Bridge at Columbus. However, there is one (rather graphic) reference to the men of the regiment finding and burying the body of a man who they presumed drown in Luxapalila Creek.
A Google search of cemeteries around Columbus turns up two modern cemetery locations on the southeast side of the creek near where Bluett's Bridge once crossed (near the current Pickensville Road bridge). But neither of these cemeteries fits anywhere near a "600 yard" perimeter as both appear to be at least a mile or more as the crow flies from where the bridge was -- but that makes the assumption that Camp Bluett was very close to the bridge crossing -- it could very easily have been further away from the creek, and therefore, nearer to one of these modern cemetery sites.
These two cemeteries are Greenlawn Memorial Park (near the Columbus-Lowndes County Airport) and the Stallin Cemetery off Nashville Ferry Road.
Perhaps someone more familiar with Columbus may be able to shed more light on the history of these two cemeteries in order to narrow down the search a bit further. Or perhaps the remains of the Confederate dead from near Bluett's Bridge were removed/reinterred at some point in an area cemetery. Sorry this is so unhelpful.
