42nd Miss.two questions:Hatche's Run and how many?

Hello. I am working on a poster for the Grand Prairie Civil War Roundtable that meets in Lonoke, Ar.
One of the featured men of the county is a man by the name of Andrew Park.
I have researched and found that he was at Gettysburg and in the Wilderness. He was captured at
Hatche's Run on April 2, 1865 and taken to Point Lookout where he signed his oath of allegiance on June 16.
Somewhere in what I read, it was said the officers were all knocked out of battle.
Wish I had paid more attention to that now.
Of the men with the 42nd, considering where they fought, how many survived?
Also, what was Hatche's Run and where was it???
Thanks-Linda Acrey
