The only thing that I have not done is the State Archives. I try to stay away from Austin. I went through the Fold3 records by man and have put that on line at my website below. Now I am trying to work through the battles I have not read. Yazoo Pass is sketchy at best. I have started a blog on it and had to stop to find good data. Will look at the tri-logy again and see if I missed what I am looking for. Problem being I am beginning to know more about the 27th than the 6th which my Great Grand father fought with. I have done three companies of the 6th and keep going back to the 27/Legion as people are finding my data and asking questions. Well will Keep plugging.
