I wish all state had one of these, especially Virginia, and Georgia as so many MS boys died there. I'm sure Dan Mcaskill has to rely on some very different sources for his info, and may have taken some from people who had the info wrong, i guess Mistakes are prevelent with any list made up of Men over a century and a half ago. I have counted 3 being added to the 9th MS that served in other units,not the 9th. On 2 of em, it was on there tombstone.

I email Dan when i find mistakes, and we are also fixing to see about correcting our Greene County Graves Registry that we are making. The thing with Dans page is i notice many of the boys were given the end of service date, of when Taylor surrendered in Cintronelle Al. Many of these soldiers were out before then, by Disability or other issues. I would certainly love to clear up any mistakes on the boys in Grey from MS, Especially our county of Greene.
