Is there a specific reason for the date 3/5/1865? Many of the companies have no surviving muster rolls beyond 1864. Neil Hunnetr Raiford wrote a book called "The 4th North Carolina Cavalry in the Civil War" in 2003 that has all of the soldier records listed by company. I have a copy and would be glad to look up whatever you need. I checked 4 companies and only found 4 records that covered any documents from 1865.
