Jin,

Currently myself and another individual are working on a book about the Battle of Kinston (1865). We have spent a little over a year gather information so far. The good news is we have quite a bit of primary source documents - letters and journals. Unfortunately more so on the Union side. None the less we have found CS information.

However, recently we have scored on a few Army of Tenn items. Especially soldiers wounded at the fight and the great part with photographs. A great journal from a gent from the 33rd Miss.

This will be our second book on the less written about aspects of the Carolinas Campaign. The first -"No Such Army Since the Days of Julius Caesar -Sherman's Carolinas Campaign: Fayetteville to Averasboro."

I would love to chat with you offline if we can. Shoot me an email at sokolosky1@aol.com and we can trade phone numbers.
