There was a large Confederate camp at Alexandria Louisiana in 1864. There is a cemetery there (Pineville Parish)with a LOT of C/W burials. I wrote to the historical society to see if they have a list of names. So far, no answer. I fear that his grave is forever lost. Being a teamster, he probably didn't merit much.
