Same thing they all eat, Texas grass.

Last October, two horses died at Perryville, KY. The Confederate troops marched past one draped with a tarp who had dropped dead from a heart attack while pulling a cannon. I heard the other one broke a leg and had to be put down. I never thought re-enacting was fun for the horses unless they know we are walking in their poop.
