Stan, Pirogue's are canoe's? I saw them on the menu at a restaurant once and ordered some. They were really chewy and hard to cut with a table knife. Now I know why. Kind of woody tasting now that I think about it.
Thanks for the info. I won't order them anymore. They did have a lot of fiber tho.
