Re: "Patriotic Fire"

The Battle of Round Mountain Indian Territory Nov. 18, 1861, located originally about 3 to 6 miles from the confluence of the Arkansas and Cimarron rivers.

It has been moved by politicians to the site of an Indian massacre of 11 Kansas Buffalo hunter/horse thieves, approximately 20 miles from where it originally took place. And yes I can prove this statement.

At this time I am currently researching an area of a battle that happened two nights before in Western Okmulgee County that has not been located nor recorded, except for a few diaries.
