Did you notice the etc. after East Ky and East TN that stands for ectera.. meaning and more or other examples. In other words David... (very slowly)... Unionist areas in the South. East TN, East Kentucky,AND Western North Carolina, North Georgia, Norther Alabama and so on, please note David..(and so on)...that's sort of like writing etc....you mean other such examples or more.

Oh and David, I did the say or write...the South, not Hawaii.
