I know our older posters and readers will remember John Tucker who used to post in here. If anybody has contact with him please let him know I wish to contact him.

I got my latest issue of Confederate Veteran magazine in today and just read an article John wrote on a small town in the state of New York that seceded from the Union and supported the Confederacy. In fact, they didn't vote to return to the Union until after contacting President Harry Truman. To this day they have Confederate symbols on the Fire Dept. Uniforms. John stated their shoulder patches state "Last of the Rebels 1861-1946".

Now, this is the kind of stuff nobody ever hears about anymore. I hope John will come post the entire article for us. If not, I recommend getting a copy of the magazine and reading it.
