That was a very interesting bit of "Americana" in John's article. I'm sure, as I believe you are, that there were more instances of this in the north than what is generally known. Our friend Greg Biggs posted a well written letter on the Virginia flag as well. I'm trying to get Greg to come speak at one of our camp meetings. He's a busy man. Have you noticed the increasing political leanings in the SCV. I surely have. And I'll say that my camp has become one of the most vocal and visual. I'm not sure whether I like this direction. Even Ron Casteel's mention of DemoRAT Jim Webb in his column had me shaking my head. We need to remember the reasons that the SCV was formed.
