Robert E Lee, and Jackson were my heros, and so was Joe Shelby He too was verry much loved by his men, and the people of Missouri. I think if the southern states hadnt started succedding from the union they would have had much more support from the northern states, I belive this to be one of the main reasons for the war. Maby Joe Shelby couldnt do anything to gain support, but he did try.
Here in Missouri there is a saying, "WHERE THERES A WILL THERE A WAY.
