Cump - Thanks for the pamphplet of Dr. Holcombe, it is something new that I can add to my Holcombe genealogy collection and is greatly appricated.

The William that I descend from was born in Wales 1645 and died in St. Stephen Parrish VA 1711 His sons and grandsons followed the usual migration pattern to the Carolinas, Georgia and Alabama. Some went on to Texas after the ACW but my branch was widowed and stayed in Alabama.
