Well said Mike-me-lad. But then our families have been in the business of squashing rebellions since 1776 haven't they? My people under Tarleton and yours under Issac Gerow himself...have to admire a guy that could turn down a commission from George Washington. Though it does remind me of that old Richard Sharpe show, where this son of an American Loyalist is in the British Army fighting Napoleon and his regiment is somewhat outnumbered. The Colonel tells him it's an honor to fight with the son of a man who stood against Washington... The loyalist Major answered....Colonel (strong on a southern accent) meaning no disrespect to either you or my esteemed father, but I wish Washington was here now....lol....course the way things are going now, we might be on some rebs side....know what I mean Vern?
