Cump if you mean on a city level I have a good city councilman, also have a good county commissioner who is black but he fights for our district. I live right at the district line and I can see the difference in our district and the other side of the street. Of course you do understand that we will be recovering from Katrina for the next 10 years or so. As for the state, I think Barbour is doing a fair job, better I think than anyone in awhile, at least we all seem to be working together to bring Mississippi back up.
