Chief, I hate reading court decisions; they lead you down the hall in one direction, then turn you around and slam the door on your toes. BTW, having been familiar with the failure of the Articles of Confederation, why would the Southern states adopt a similar form, at least in outlook. I think it did hinder the operations of the central Confederate government. Stan
