Cump, I knew we had something more in common than we were aware of! My Grand Daddy on Momma's side went to some grammar school, worked for and retired from Brumby Chair Factory, and became a Baptist Preacher. I have his Bible, where he wrote notes in the margins for his sermons. He never wrote them out, but delivered from his heart and his knowledge of the Bible. During WWII he delivered the commencement address at Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

My other GF, born in 1859, thank goodness, as his daddy died in the war, at Seven Pines, worked for Glover Machine works, making small steam engines. My dad started there after the eighth grade, and became a Tool and Die Maker. The Army during WWII would not allow him to enlist, but kept him doing whatever it was he was working on.

I have a BS in Communication, an MS in Human Resource Management, and a Certificate in Cinematography from the University of Southern California, and I think any of the the three of them were wiser than I, especially PawPaw Price. Stan
