It is my understanding that if 37 States agree by passing Legislation, That the States can call for a Constitutional convention to amend the Constitution or even write a new one, since no one seems to be following the old one.

Maybe we should amend thhe Constitution to eliminate the Office of the President, since our presidents seem to think they are King George III. The Executive Branch could be run by the Speaker of the House. That way the Speaker would be up for change every two years and would be selected by the Majority party of the House of Repersentatives. That way the whole country would have a say in who gets selected, by electing their personal repersentatives, instead of just the Big cities.
