Re: Photographs of slaves and dead Rebels

They explains a lot Steve, but the Confederates held the field once in awhile and surely there were a couple of Southern photographers. If they were all Yankees, then one of them could have taken photos and sold them to a Southern newspaper. Perhaps the Confederate people had not appetite to see dead soldiers, even dead Yankee soldiers.
