If your library has access to WorldCat, they can see what SC newspapers of the Civil War era are available on microfilm and who has them.

I would suspect that the SC State Archives has most of them and the Caroliniana Library a bucnha s well - and both are in Columbia. University of SC might also have them as many of the big state universities handle the historic newspapers of that state.
