Many Spartanburg County Soldiers enlisted in Co.K of the 3rd SC which was called the Blackstock Brigade.I have an ancestor in this unit which seems to disappear in 1862 I suppose as 1 year enlistments ran out.Question:Did this unit disband altogether and which of the 61-62 battles did they participate?
