He or his widow didn't apply for pension.. checked AR History Com.. Jim Martin found him (or at least a Wiley O. Cauthron) in Ark. Swamp Lands 1868-1879.. I've sent for book so "maybe" I'll find something interesting in it even if it's his estate instead of him personally. Surely do hope so.. Thanks for everyone's help.
