I didn't know where Clay lived, but mine is a good suggestion for those who live in Tennessee, and from my own experience the staff members at Nashville are very helpful in locating things for you. They also do mail order lookups and I think the price is 20 dollars for out of state persons, but that isn't a good alternative since NARA charges less, or did the last I knew.
