A big thank you to all that responded to my message. Ray, I will give this gentleman a try. Glenn, thank you for taking time to find Henry on the Mormon web site, yes this is my Henry. Alan, my ggrandfather was in Johnson's 15th Infantry Regiment, Co. D. The report from the Edward Gerdes web site tells Henry enlisted Nov. 4, 1861 at Eldorado, Ar, wounded Feb. 15,, 1862 at Ft. Donelson, Tn and sent to Nashville, Tn. Again, many thanks.
