Thanks for the info. I suppose I will go ahead and order it and see what I will find.

The pension file that I received is over 75 pages! There are some papers written by himself, while many are statments from neighbors and doctors verifying that he did indeed suffer eye damage as a result of getting smallpox during the war.

Nothing about the battles he fought though.
