Re: Clarksville CWRT October meeting

Referencing the question about the casualties of the soldiers from Clarksville, I vaguely remember the comment from the Civil War video series, but found the following information online at http://www.geocities.com/Yosemite/8840/facts.html

"The 14th Tennessee Regiment left Clarksville,Tennessee in 1861 with 960 men. When the battle of Gettysburg began in 1863, only 365 men remained. By the end of the first day of Gettysburg there were only 60 men left. By the end of the battle, there were only three."

All of these were not KIA's but wounded as well.
