I'm not possitive of the exact location of the homes of the men of Bledsoe's independent Cav. but it was probably the Fentress/ Overton county area, I know Fredrick Hisaw from Pall Mall served under him in the 4th Tenn Cav. There are references to his actions as Captain Scott Bledsoe in the various works on Champ Ferguson, working in this area. Does anyone know of a roster of Bledsoe's independent company? I'm looking for a Hisaw/Hysaw/Highsaw.
