I found 2 nice Tennessee maps on the Library of Congress website for Randolph.

When you open the Library of Congress main page, select The Civil War from "Popular Topics & Collections" (@ bottom of page). A new menu will open and select Civil War Maps. Then in the Browse by Collection menu, select "by place". Click Tennessee on the US map.

The 2 maps I am referring to are: No. 17, Map of KY & TN c.1861 by Campbell & Barlow. This one shows the community of Randolph. The other map, no. 146, TN by James T. Lloyd in 1862 shows Ft. Randolph.
