Was not the 3rd Arkansas attached to "Hood's Texas Brigade" throughout the war, including the battle in Devil's Den at G'burg? I seem to remember it was the only Arkansas regiment in the Army of Northern Virginia, although there was a large Arkansas presence in the Army of Tennessee. Had a chance some years ago to briefly scan through a book (unfortunately, can't remember the author's name) which I believe was titled, "They'll Do To Tie To" that was a history of the 3rd Arkansas and Hood's Texas Brigade.
