A Captain Joseph A. Tivy, d 25 Feb 1918, Kerrville, Kerr TX. Can anyone locate the CSA history of this man? He was a local official & businessman who is buried in a family plot in Kerrville. He does not have a Confederate marker, but his stone says Capt, CSA. and the plot is said to have Confederate Cemetery on the fence.
