T. D. Williams - Bourland Service

My 2nd GG Father joined up in Honey Grove, TX in 1861 under Colonel Bourland in the Civil War.

He marched to the Battle of Pea Ridge in Benton County, AR where he fought there. I am searching for his unit and records in that Battle. I know it was common for soldiers to change their regiments, company and units often during the War and I'm wondering if anyone has a breakdown of the soldier's, including their units, company or regiments for the Battle of Pea Ridge in Arkansas.

T. D.'s (aka Thomas and Thomas Davis Williams) Civil War Pension testimony proves his service under Bourland and that he fought at the Battle of Pea Ridge, but no regiment, company or unit is mentioned in his records for this particular Battle.

Does anyone have a clue as to how to research and find this?
