Re: T.M. Cain, Co H, 11th TX Cavalry Regt

The Cain family can be found in Marshall Co MS some time in the mid 1830s. The census for the county in1850 records a number of them. I know that shortly after 1850s they migrate to Hunt Co, Texas. Thus, there should be a G L Cain on that Census. T. M. Cain was born in Tennessee per that record. But all his later siblings were born in MS.
