I've been working my way through the Texas items in the Confederate Officers file now online at Footnote.com, and so far I've only found three mentions of the town of Orange. All three were just in passing and did not mention any camp or facility. To give you a comparison, so far I've tagged 120 mentions of Hempstead and 157 of Tyler.
