And I'll bet those tracks still have not moved since they were first laid down. Magruder was quite a controversial figure. Good military leader and he also had a knack for annoying the home folks. They had some just grievences, but the man was victorious at the Second Battle of Galveston and he kept the cotton-arms trade operating until the end of the War...and then some.
