Yes..That is definately him Vicki.Plus General McCulloch was also from Guadaloupe County and Sequin so they would have known each other.Perhaps the flag was brought by Jefferson to Texas from his days as a Mississippi Militia General.It is also perhaps likely that General McCulloch may have brought a company or two to San Antonio from Guadaloupe County when the Texians confronted General Twiggs and the federal army.
