Quite a mystery, two men, same names, company ID, and unit numeral ID

David N. Henry, age 26, Private, Captain Fred W. Moore's Company, Flournoy's Regiment Texas Infantry*, joined for duty and enrolled March 29, 1862 at Austin by F. W. Moore for the war, left sick in hospital at Pine Bluff March 31, 1863, still absent on the August, 1863 muster roll, recorded present the end of February 1864, granted 56[?] days furlough from March 13, 1865, Genl Order ??? Dpt. HQ, no further records

* This company subsequently became Company G, 16th Regiment Texas Infantry.

D. N. Henry, Private, Company G, 16th Regiment Texas Cavalry, resident of Panola County, among those surrendered at New Orleans, Louisiana by General E. K. Smith. CSA, to Maj. Gen. E. R. S. Canby, USA, May 26, 1865, paroled at Shreveport, La, between August 1st and 31st, 1865, no other records
