Mr. Keever-Thank you for responding to my inquiry. I am wondering what the possibility might be that George A. Thomason and George W. Thomason are the same person. I have seen this on more than one occasion. If there was some record of a place of enlistment or age at time of muster it might narrow down the possibilities since I know these things about him. Also, do you believe the term "Overseer" refers to his duties while in service or prior to enlistment?
