Help! I am new to this boad, though old to others. I just found out that I had a gg uncle who was supposedly KIA at Shiloh (this according to testimony of his father in a court case). I know only his name: Andrew J. Martin. He is the only Texas relative I know of so far, that fought. I have plenty that went there after the war, of course. Anyway, I am not familiar with Texas databases and works available to look him up to find his unit. Could anyone help me out here? Many thanks. Douglas Martin Wright (Doug)
