Thanks Guys.. I wasn't sure if the Walker and the Roberts John Westley was the same.. but it looks more like the unit was just tranfered from one command to another. Will have to reseach that a bit then. and Family seach and Ancestory are great. it is putting the little hints together and makeing sure it not two seperate people. John Wesley (J.W. seems to be the common use of his name) was from Van Zandt Co. and was a preacher.
