The purpose of this query was to learn the first names of both "Doctor Burk" and "Doctor Hamilton". This Doctor Burke may have been Wm. S. Burke of Cooke County TX.

I could not find a variation of "Doctor Amasa Hamilton" such as DuBose Amasa Hamilton. Sort of like drawing to an inside straight.
