He was an 18 yr old cavalryman and is buried in Grave 507 at Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis. He died in November 17, 1863 at Camp Morton Prison Camp.

I don't know whether 507 is an individual grave or a mass grave. There was a "smallpox" epidemic in the camp about that time. Another captive from the same unit died the same day and is said to have been buried in a mass grave.
